Description
The book Al-Sihah is one of the most famous books of Al-Jawhari and one of the oldest dictionaries in the Arabic language. It gained great fame among linguists when it first came to light as scholars began praising it, putting footnotes to it, abbreviating it, criticizing it, and defending it. The dictionary has twenty-eight chapters according to the ordering of the lexicon letters.
