Description
This book is a significant work of Hanafi jurisprudence and has been a key authority among Hanafi scholars for centuries.
The author previously wrote an abridged book, “Al-Mukhtar Lil Fatwa,” which has been widely studied and referenced. Scholars requested a detailed exposition to explain his legal rulings, their meanings, and any disagreements within the Hanafi School.
In response, the author created “Al Ikhtiyar li Ta’leel Al-Mukhtar,” which begins with the book of purity and ends with the book of inheritance.
Hard-back Lebanese print by Risaalah ‘Alamiyyah with the brilliant tahqiq of Shaykh Shu’ayb Al-Arna’ut.
